We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase made through Prime Car Bid. All assets sold on our platform include a 6-Month Limited Warranty or up to 10,000 miles (from the time you take possession), along with a 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy.

During this period, you have the opportunity to fully evaluate your purchase:

• Vehicles may be tested for up to 1,000 miles
• Other assets may be tested for unlimited usage hours

If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the asset for any reason within the 14-day period, with no questions asked.

Return Conditions

We are unable to accept returns if the vehicle or asset has been:

• Involved in an accident or physically damaged
• Modified or altered from its original delivered condition
• Used as collateral for a loan (encumbered)

Refund Process

In the event of a valid rejection, Prime Car Bid will issue a full refund. All refunds are processed within 48 to 72 hours.

Delivery charges are waived, ensuring a risk-free purchasing experience.
