How to Register

Before proceeding, it is important to read and understand the terms and conditions of the auction, which are set out below.

As we specialize in the sale of assets for banks and financial institutions, all sales are strictly based on delivery. We provide complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile radius. For distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile will apply, regardless of the asset type or size.

Payment

Upon the closure of the auction, buyers are required to complete full payment for the vehicle within 24 hours. Please note that we exclusively accept bank wire transfers for successful purchases. Credit cards, PayPal, cashier’s checks, and vehicle trade-ins are not accepted.

For bank wire transfers, you will receive an order confirmation email containing detailed payment instructions within 24 hours of winning the auction. This email will include the recipient’s bank account details, including the account number, routing number, and wire reference number required for your transaction.

It is essential to include the correct payment reference in your transfer so that your payment can be matched to your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail or spam folder, as we make every effort to ensure successful delivery of these emails.

Failure to complete full payment within the time stated on the invoice, or within any expressly agreed period, will result in the closure of your account without the possibility of creating a new account. The vehicle will also be automatically re-listed.

Delivery

Once your payment has been verified, we will contact you to coordinate delivery and ensure that the item is transported to your designated location. The delivery process begins within 48 to 72 hours after payment verification, regardless of the item’s current location.

The following delivery method applies to vehicles, including cars, SUVs, pick-ups, and classic cars:

• Transported in enclosed trailers for secure delivery.

Please note that all transported assets are fully insured during the delivery process.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The maximum delivery period within the United States is 14 days, and up to 22 days for deliveries to Canada.

We provide complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile radius. For distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile will be charged, regardless of the asset type or size.

Warranty and Peace of Mind

You can bid with confidence at Prime Car Bid, knowing that your vehicle is covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty or up to 10,000 miles from the time you take possession, along with our 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy.

The three types of coverage are:

• 6 months from the vehicle purchase date or until the vehicle has been driven 10,000 miles.
• 6 months for other assets from the asset’s purchase date.
• 14-Day reject or refund policy.

Under the Limited Warranty, we cover repairs on all assemblies and parts of the asset, except for the following:

• Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections, all of which are shown on the asset’s gallery page.
• Replaceable or wearable parts.
• Recommended maintenance.
• Aftermarket accessories.

Please note that the 6-Month Limited Warranty or 10,000-mile coverage cannot be transferred to another person. The warranty may also be extended for up to 5 years. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty for your asset, please contact us.

Return / Reject Policy

We provide a 14-day return or reject policy, effective from the day you receive the item, regardless of the time of day. During this period, you may test the item for up to 1,000 miles in the case of vehicles, or unlimited hours for other assets, and return or exchange it for any reason, with no questions asked.

We cannot accept a return if the vehicle or asset has been:

• In an accident or damaged.
• Modified.
• Altered from its original delivered condition.
• Used as collateral for a loan, also known as an encumbrance.

In the event of a rejection, we will issue a full refund of the payment. All refunds are processed within 48 to 72 hours, and delivery charges remain free.

Important Notice

Please note that placing a Bid or using Buy Now on a product constitutes a contractual agreement. By doing so, you are committing to purchase the item if you become the winning offer, even if you later change your mind.

For this reason, users should only place a Bid or use Buy Now on items they are genuinely interested in purchasing, as doing so prevents other buyers from obtaining the item.
