How do I know if I have won an auction?
If you successfully win an auction, our system will automatically send a notification to the email address associated with your account used for the Bid or Buy Now.
This email will include your invoice along with detailed instructions on how to complete your purchase, including the steps required to make payment via bank wire transfer. The invoice will contain all necessary payment details.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder to ensure the notification has not been filtered. We strongly recommend monitoring your email carefully to avoid missing important instructions.
Accepted Payment Method
Payment for all vehicles and assets must be made exclusively via Bank Wire Transfer.
We do not accept any other payment methods, including:
- Credit Cards
- PayPal
- Cashier’s Checks
- Vehicle Trade-ins
How to Complete a Bank Wire Transfer
- Contact your bank: Visit your bank in person, call them, or use your online banking platform to initiate a wire transfer.
- Provide recipient details: Enter the recipient’s name, account number, and the bank’s name and address exactly as shown in your invoice.
- Verify fees and exchange rates: Your bank will inform you about any applicable fees and exchange rates if the transfer involves a different currency.
- Initiate the transfer: Once all details are verified, instruct your bank to proceed with the transfer.
Your invoice will include the following information required to complete the transfer:
- Bank name and address
- Account name and address
- Account number
- Routing number
- Wire reference number
Payment Confirmation
After completing your bank wire transfer, you must upload your payment confirmation receipt as instructed on the invoice.
Important Notes for International Buyers
If you are sending payment internationally, intermediary banks may charge additional processing fees. These fees are separate from your bank’s charges and are typically deducted from the transferred amount.
You are responsible for ensuring that the total amount sent covers all fees so that the full required payment is received.
Final Notice
All Bids and Buy Now actions are final and legally binding. If your bid or offer is accepted, you are obligated to complete the purchase.
