Shipping Fees

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. The estimated maximum delivery period is:

• Up to 14 days within the United States
• Up to 22 days for deliveries to Canada

We offer complimentary delivery within the first 1,000 miles.

For distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile will be applied, regardless of the asset type or size.

Warranty and Peace of Mind

You can bid with confidence at Prime Car Bid, knowing that your vehicle is covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty or up to 10,000 miles (whichever comes first from the time of delivery), along with a 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy.

The available coverage includes:

• 6 months from the vehicle purchase date or until the vehicle has been driven 10,000 miles
• 6 months coverage for other assets from the purchase date
• 14-day reject or refund policy

Under the Limited Warranty, we cover repairs on all assemblies and parts of the asset, except for the following:

• Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections (all visible imperfections are shown in the asset gallery)
• Replaceable or wearable parts
• Routine or recommended maintenance
• Aftermarket accessories

Please note that the 6-Month Limited Warranty or 10,000-mile coverage is non-transferable.
